A striking blend of three certified organic rice varieties — long grain brown rice, red rice, and wild rice — combining different colours, textures, and nutritional profiles in a single bag. These tri-colour grains from Just Natural Organic cook to a visually stunning combination of nutty brown, earthy red, and firm black-speckled grains, making an immediate impact on any plate.
The mix provides the antioxidant anthocyanins of red rice, the nutty whole-grain nutrition of brown rice, and the distinctive earthiness and high protein of wild rice — complementary in both flavour and nutrition.

Use in grain bowls, salads, as a side dish, or stuffed peppers. All three varieties cook in approximately the same time. Cook 1:2 ratio for 35–40 minutes. Rest 10 minutes.
Recipe idea — Tri Colour Rice Stuffed Peppers: Cook 200g tri-colour rice. Mix with 1 tin black beans, 1 diced tomato, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Halve 4 large peppers, fill generously with the rice mixture, and top each with grated cheese (or vegan alternative). Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes. A dramatic, nutritious main course where the coloured rice provides the visual centrepiece.
