Planet Paleo Osteo Collagen is a bone and joint support blend — 3g of grass-fed bovine collagen per serving combined with magnesium, vitamin K2 (MK-7), zinc, selenium, copper, boron, manganese and a botanical complex of whole kelp, nettle leaf, horsetail and ginger. Lemon flavoured. Formulated specifically for bone metabolism, joint health and thyroid support.

Directions for Use
Take one 5g serving (approx 2 x 5ml level tsps) per day with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice.
