Pea protein isolate from yellow peas, concentrated from the 6% protein of fresh peas up to 80% protein. The extraction process produces a protein that is highly soluble, so it is easy to digest and absorb.
Peas were chosen because the amino acid profile is excellent — rich in the branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) and richer in arginine than any other commercially available protein.
Unsweetened, with a mild savoury taste, so it works stirred into soups and sauces, sprinkled on cereal, or blended with fruit into a smoothie.

- Highest arginine content of any commercial protein
