About Blanxart
Blanxart is a Barcelona chocolate maker with roots going back to 1954, when it began as a small bonbon workshop in the city's Les Corts district. Today it works bean to bar – roasting its own cocoa and conching it slowly – using beans from origins such as Congo, Peru, Brazil, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
