Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is also known as English Chamomile, Sweet Chamomile and Garden Chamomile, is rich in the anti-inflammatory compound azulene, and gives a sense of calm and relaxation, which balances mind and body.

When used in skincare, Roman Chamomile supports healthy and youthful-looking skin and is suitable for people prone to sensitive skin (it is milder than Blue Chamomile), is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial.

Processing:

Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is steam distilled from delicate Chamomile Flowers.

Direction for use:

Blend 6-10 drops and add to a bath.

Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.

Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.

Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
