The land takes its name from a warrior tribe that once ruled these slopes. Today, ASPROTIMANA is a 220-member cooperative that Union has partnered with since 2003 — donating their first cupping lab and supporting women farmers and young growers through dedicated training programmes. The washed Caturra beans develop a sweet, smooth mouthfeel that rewards both espresso and filter brewing.
Sourced via Union Direct Trade. Union is a certified B Corp.
