Direction for use:

Take one part quinoa grain, rinse well and cook with two parts water.

Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 10 minutes with the lid on.

Remove from heat and leave covered until all liquid is absorbed.

Serve with savoury main dishes or as part of a salad.
