A smooth chicory cocoa drink made from just two ingredients: 80% roasted chicory root and 20% fat-reduced cocoa. It makes a rich, dark, vegan hot chocolate style drink.
The chicory root is cut, dried, roasted, extracted and spray-dried, then blended with cocoa. The result is naturally dairy free and gluten free, with no added sugar.
Stir 2–3 heaped teaspoons into a cup of boiling water or hot plant milk and sweeten if you like. Keep the lid tightly closed and use a dry spoon.
