What is Chromium?

Chromium is a relatively new mineral in the sense that its biological benefits and the role it plays in nutrition were not recognised until the 1950s, with the discovery of the 'glucose tolerance factor'(GTF).

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, and to normal macro nutrient metabolism.
