Our Passiflora Complex has been expertly blended by our in-house experts to offer a concentrated daily dose of three complex herbs; Passiflora, Lemon Balm and Avena Sativa. A single dose of two tablets provides the equivalent to 500mg of each of these three botanicals, making this a high strength and well balanced option. Also known as Passion flower, Passiflora is widely cultivated around the world due to its beautiful flowers. Its leaves and roots have a long history of use among the Native Americans and European communities.

Lemon Balm is often planted to attract bees. With a strong resemblance to a mint plant, Lemon Balm leaves have a mild lemon scent to them and a long history of use in teas and tinctures prepared by traditional herbalists.

Also known as Oat Seed, Avena Sativa has been used for centuries both as a food source and as a herb. It has a long history of uses in traditional medicine, with references dating back over 200 years.
