Buffered with sodium ascorbate and calcium ascorbate alongside pure ascorbic acid, this 1000mg vitamin C is far gentler on the stomach than a standard high-strength tablet — so you get the full dose without the acidity that puts many people off taking vitamin C daily.
Each tablet also contains rosehip extract and citrus bioflavonoids, the compounds that naturally accompany vitamin C in whole fruit. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth and blood vessels, supports the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, protects cells from oxidative stress and increases iron absorption.
Available in 30 / 90 / 120 (90+30 free) / 180 / 240 (180+60 free) Tablets

FAQs
What does “low acid” actually mean?
The vitamin C is partly buffered as calcium ascorbate and sodium ascorbate rather than being pure ascorbic acid. Those mineral salts are far less acidic, which is why this version suits people who find ordinary vitamin C harsh on the stomach.
Is this suitable for vegans?
Yes — suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, with no animal-derived ingredients.
Which pack size should I choose?
All five packs are the identical formula and strength. 30 tablets is a one-month supply and 180 is six months; the 120 and 240 packs are promotional packs that include extra tablets free at the price of the smaller standard pack, so they work out cheapest per tablet.
Why are rosehip and bioflavonoids included?
In whole fruit, vitamin C never appears alone — it sits alongside bioflavonoids and other plant compounds. Including them here mirrors the way vitamin C occurs in food.
When is the best time to take it?
One tablet daily with food. Taking it with a meal also helps if you are using vitamin C to improve iron absorption from that meal.
How should I store it?
In a dry place below 25°C, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of young children.
