Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and increases iron absorption. It maintains the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. It also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. These tablets help build energy-yielding metabolism, function of the nervous system, psychological function, protection of the cells from oxidative stress, reduction of tiredness and fatigue and regenerates the reduction of vitamin E. Vitamin C is widely used to absorb iron in the body.
