A traditional herbal remedy formulated with dandelion root, uva-ursi and buchu leaf to relieve the bloating and discomfort of mild water retention. HRI Water Balance helps the body release excess fluid that can build up around menstruation, in hot weather, or after long periods of immobility such as flights.
Each tablet combines three synergistic herbs: Dandelion herb with root, Uva-Ursi leaf and Buchu leaf, working together to support the body's natural fluid balance. Water retention (oedema) can happen when the circulatory, lymphatic, kidney and hormonal systems that normally regulate fluid levels stop working as they should — this formulation is designed to gently help restore that balance.
Take 2 tablets twice a day after meals — most people notice the tablets starting to work within 2-4 hours. Stay well hydrated while taking Water Balance, aiming for around 2 litres of water a day, and speak to your doctor if symptoms persist beyond a week.
HRI Water Balance is a licensed Traditional Herbal Registration product (THR 02231/0014), meaning its quality, manufacturing and traditional-use evidence have been assessed by the MHRA. It is gluten free, soya free, cruelty free and suitable for vegetarians. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for under-18s — always read the patient information leaflet before use.
