The strongest B complex in the Natures Aid range: 100mg of each main B vitamin — B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 — in a time-release tablet, plus 100µg B12, 400µg folic acid, 100µg biotin, choline, inositol and PABA.
The time-release coating spreads delivery over several hours instead of one hit, which is what makes a dose this size practical. Niacin, folic acid and vitamins B5 and B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; vitamins B1, B2 and B12 support the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the 30 and 60 packs?
Only the quantity — both contain the same tablet. The 60 pack costs less per tablet.
Which B complex should I choose?
The standard complex is the everyday option (~5mg each). The 50 + C is high potency with 250mg vitamin C. This Complex 100 is the strongest and is generally used as a short course rather than continuously.
Should I swallow it whole?
Yes — crushing or chewing destroys the time-release coating.
Will it turn my urine bright yellow?
Yes, strongly. Riboflavin (B2) at 100mg is intensely coloured and the excess is harmlessly excreted.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any prescription medication or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.
