Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the 90 and 180 packs?
Only the quantity — both contain the same tablet. The 180 pack costs less per tablet.
How is this different from B Complex 50 + C?
This is the everyday-strength complex. The 50 + C version delivers 50mg of each main B vitamin plus 250mg vitamin C, and the Complex 100 delivers 100mg in a time-release tablet.
Does it contain gluten?
The brewer's yeast base may contain traces of gluten, so it is not suitable if you avoid gluten strictly. The 50 + C and Complex 100 versions are gluten free.
When should I take it?
With food, and ideally earlier in the day — some people find B vitamins mildly stimulating.
Will it turn my urine yellow?
Very likely. Riboflavin (B2) is bright yellow and the excess is harmlessly excreted.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any prescription medication or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.
